Selected as a DX Platinum Company 2023-2025

Since 2015, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), in collaboration with the Tokyo Stock Exchange, has selected companies that are actively utilizing IT to improve management innovation and profitability in order to increase corporate value and strengthen competitiveness over the medium to long term as "Competitive IT Management Stocks" as part of efforts to promote the strategic use of IT by companies. Since 2020, we have selected companies that are engaged in DX initiatives that fundamentally transform their business models and other technologies based on digital technology and lead to new growth and strengthening of competitiveness as "DX Stocks."

This year, 2023 companies were selected for the "DX Stock 32" as companies that have built a system to promote DX that leads to increased corporate value and have demonstrated excellent digital utilization, and two companies have been selected for the "DX Grand Prix" as "companies leading the digital era" from among the selected companies. In addition, three companies, including our company, were selected for the newly established "DX Platinum Companies 2-2023." The Company was evaluated for being selected three times in the past (DX Grand Prix 2025 in 3) and six times including "Competitive IT Management Stocks."

Going forward, Komatsu will continue to pursue "quality and reliability" and maximize corporate value, and through DANTOTSU Value (creation of customer value that creates a virtuous cycle of improving profits and solving ESG issues), we will step into the next stage for the field of the future, and in order to pass on a sustainable future to the next generation, we will create new value through innovation in manufacturing and technology, and create people, society, We aim to carve out a future in which the earth prospers together.
